Jocelyn J. Jones is committed to helping those who have experienced trauma and grief to find hope and healing. Jocelyn's unique background positions her to be able to effectively convey a message that translates to a diverse audience. After receiving her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Iowa, Jocelyn accepted a position at channel 20, WYCC. She eventually left the television industry to serve as the Executive Director of a youth center on Chicago's southside. While there, Jocelyn earned her master's degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago, and a master’s in theological studies from McCormick Theological Seminary. Jocelyn is an ordained minister and the founder of Faith on the Journey Counseling. She is the author of the book, Breaking the Power of the Mask, and a Master facilitator with the Trauma Healing Institute.
