God Is Speaking w/ Rev Dr David Chotka - The Power of Listening Well

Send us a text

In this episode, Ty-Shaun-Dra and Dr. David Chotka discuss the topic of God speaking to us. They explore the common belief that God doesn't speak to individuals and share personal stories of hearing God's voice. Dr. Chotka emphasizes the importance of scripture and the Holy Spirit in hearing God's voice and provides practical ways to cultivate a listening ear. They also discuss the emotional experience of salvation and the joy and exultation that comes from encountering God's presence. Dr. David Chotka discusses the various ways in which God speaks to individuals and the importance of discerning His voice. He shares personal stories and biblical examples to illustrate how God communicates through divine appointments, confirmation, repentance, and the witness of the Spirit. Dr. Chotka emphasizes that God's desire to communicate with us is greater than our willingness to hear, and encourages listeners to tap into the ways in which God speaks to them personally. He also provides a process for hearing God's voice, centered around the Word of God.
