In 2022, God birthed Acoff Training and Development as a platform for executive coaching, consultation, and training and development of individuals, teams, and
organizations in the area of Spirituality in the Workplace.
Through leadership training, workshop development and facilitation, executive coaching, and organizational consultation, Dr. Acoff strengthens the mind, will, and emotions (soul) and
knowledge base concerning self and others in order to promote the attitude of service in all. Dr. Acoff’s focus is on well-being (flourishing) and safety from within utilizing a strength based
