My life has been transformed after a spiritual awakening and rapid ascension from the depths of Complex PTSD and addiction to now a Multi-Award Winning energy healer.
I am not your usual "woo-woo / airy fairy" spiritual type, but instead bring authenticity, honesty and wisdom to dynamic and activating conversation.
I hope to break down some of the distorted, preconceived ideas around trauma recovery, energy healing and having a direct connection to God. My aim is to show people that there IS a way out of your own darkness and that positive change is always possible, we can create a life that feels miraculous and was beyond what we ever could have imagined, but it takes courage, resilience and love.
